Shamanic healing is the practice of using spiritual and energetic techniques to restore balance and well-being on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. It operates on the belief that illness and suffering are caused by imbalances or blockages in the energy field from the Spiritual realm.

During your session, Krystle Goddess will call in the Four Directions, the sacred Elementals of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, and the wisdom of Animal Medicine to hold and protect the space. These ancestral energies assist in deepening the release, offering guidance, and restoring balance to your energetic body.
