12:00 PM – Opening Circle & Intention Setting

Welcome, introductions, grounding meditation, and opening of sacred space. Participants begin their day-long fast with breathwork and shared intentions.

1:00 PM – Sauna Ceremony & Ice Bath Ritual

Purify the body and spirit in the wood-fired sauna, followed by an invigorating cold plunge. Rotate in silence or soft drumming for introspection and release.

3:00 PM – Plant Medicine Ritual: Lotus & Hemp Smoke

Gather in sacred circle for guided breath and ceremonial smoke with Blue Lotus and Hemp. Journey inward with gentle music, guided visualization, and healing intention.

4:30 PM – Maypole Dance & Earth Connection

Celebrate fertility, joy, and life through a traditional Maypole dance. Barefoot on the land, reconnect with nature through movement and community rhythm.

6:00 PM – Fire Ceremony: Honoring the Light

Offer prayers, songs, and symbolic burnings to the solstice fire. Release the old and call in the new under the guidance of spirit and community support.

7:30 PM – Feast After Sundown

Food & Intentional Feast

Break the day-long fast together with a nourishing, seasonal feast. Share stories, music, and laughter as the sun completes its long journey.

9:00 PM – Closing Circle

Reflect, give thanks, and close the container with shared blessings and grounding for integration.
